We believe that the best candidates don’t always have the right combination of years of experience or time in specific positions under their belts to apply for a position, but that doesn’t keep them from being the right match. That’s why we don’t list these kinds of qualifications. Between your LinkedIn profile, portfolio, work samples, interviews, or pre-hire project, we’ll figure out if you fit or not. So if you know you can do the job, go ahead and apply. We’re ready to work—and walk—with you.
Of course. We always keep a job posted for future openings so that candidates who are actively interested in joining our tribe have the opportunity to apply. Regardless of our hiring status at any point in time, you can expect to hear back from us within two weeks, whatever the outcome.
We’re all for moving forward fast, but even more importantly in the case of hiring, we want to exercise good judgment. As a result, our hiring process isn’t confined to any number of days, forcing us to make a decision by a certain date. At the same time, we can tell you from experience that our hiring process usually runs about two to four weeks in length, depending upon the role and when interviews actually begin.
Be on time. Come with your own questions for us based on what you’ve read about Journeyage. Be yourself. Remember, especially for your initial interview, we’re primarily evaluating for culture-fit first.

Our healthcare benefits are provided by UnitedHealthcare, easily managed by you through the employee platform, Rippling. Journeyage will pay 50% of your health insurance should you choose to enroll starting one month after you have begun with us. We will also cover 75% of your dental and vision insurance should you opt-in to this coverage. Your full monthly insurance cost will depend upon whether you will be choosing personal, dependent, or family coverage, and how much of a deductible you want each year.
In compliance, the links that follow lead to the machine-readable files that are made available in response to the federal Transparency in Coverage Rule and includes negotiated service rates and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and healthcare providers. The machine-readable files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators, and application developers to more easily access and analyze data.
